THEi's team published new book in teaching the public the way to choose Chinese medicine
After a year of preparation, the publication of the guidebook, 中醫藥食療手冊2:《揀靚料‧煲靚湯選名方‧煮藥膳》 has been completed! HKCMCRC's team led THEi's Chinese medicinal pharmacy students, each student selected 10 common herbs found in Hong Kong for their research projects. The focus was on analyzing the quality and properties of these herbs. This book aims to provide practical reference for using herbal medicine effectively in everyday life.
