Properties: Leaves: taste sweet, bitter, cold in nature; Root bark: taste sweet, cold in nature; Twigs: taste little bitter, neutral in nature; Fruit cluster: taste sweet, sour, cold in nature

Actions:Leaves: disperse wind-heat, clear the lungs and moisten dryness, clear the liver and brighten the eyes; Root Bark: drain the lungs and relieve asthma, promote urination and reduce swelling; Twigs: expel wind-dampness, benefit the joints; Fruit Cluster: nourish yin and replenish blood, generate fluids and moisten dryness

Usage:葉:風熱感冒,肺熱燥咳,頭暈頭痛,目赤昏花;根皮:肺熱喘咳,水腫脹滿尿少,面目肌膚浮腫;嫩枝:風濕痺病,肩臂、關節酸痛麻木;果穗:肝腎陰虛,眩暈耳鳴,心悸失眠,鬚髮早白,津傷口渴,內熱消渴,腸燥便秘
